Hello, my name is Ryan. I had about eight years of work experience and a master’s degree in sport management, but I was struggling to find a job. I joined Relentless’ program and immediately started getting interviews after we laid some groundwork, reworked my resume, and worked together to get my name and face in front of as many companies as possible.

That alone was a huge benefit—as you can see from my calendar, I had around 20–25 interviews just in January and 30–35 interviews total, including with top-tier companies like Boston Consulting Group and Boston Children’s Hospital, along with other Fortune 500s.

I ended up accepting a role with a Fortune 500 company making $20K–$25K more than I’ve ever made before—an incredible accomplishment that I fully credit to Relentless. Without them, this wouldn’t have happened.

The biggest benefit was the fast turnaround. I got accepted into the program and started getting interviews almost immediately. That, plus getting offers above the salary range I was previously aiming for, made a huge impact. I’m extremely grateful and consider it an incredible success.
