I was downsized in February 2023 and took some time off through the spring and summer. I started passively looking for work in September, but got serious about it around March or April of this year when I joined Relentless.

By June, the search was successful. Relentless landed me an interview, helped me through the process, and I got the offer. I’m still with that company now—heading into my fifth month there.

I could put in the time during the day to search, but the reality is, by the time you find a role on LinkedIn and click apply, it’s already saturated—thousands of applicants, and the posting might already be closed.
