When I started my job search, the market felt unusually slow and unforgiving. I was applying on my own, using the same approach that had worked for me in the past, but this time it felt different. Those offers played a meaningful role in strengthening my negotiating position and ultimately helped me secure a role at the level and compensation I was targeting.

Overall, Relentless was most effective when I stayed engaged, set the right expectations, and treated the process as a collaboration. It helped me break through the noise, regain access to real conversations, and ultimately move forward in my career during a very challenging market.
