We're currently looking for a Closer / Account Executive (May 2026). This person will be responsible for closing deals.
R24,750/month base salary+ R2,475 per unit sold (uncapped) + Additional bonuses for top performers.
Real examples of what past closers have earned monthly:
5 units - R37,125/mo
10 units - R49,500/mo
15 units - R61,875/mo
20 units - R74,250/mo + Additional bonuses

Closer / Account Executive --> Sales Manager --> Chief Revenue Officer
This is not a cold calling or outbound role. Our marketing team spends a lot of resources generating warm leads and booking them directly onto your calendar. Your job is to take those calls and close.
° Complete new hire onboarding
° Close 4 deals by end of month 1
° Close several more deals by end of month 6
° Move into a management role or become a top inidividual contributor and start earning bonuses
We like to move fast; our hiring process end-to-end typically takes an average of 1-3 weeks. If we think it’ll take longer, we’ll proactively let you know.
Founder, Kareem Abukhadra: Kareem is an immigrant entrepreneur in the United States on an O1 Extraordinary Visa, who bootstrapped Relentless to a 7-figure annual run rate.
Prior to working on Relentless, he was a talent strategy consultant at McKinsey and spent time in the venture tech scene, sourcing deals for notable investors including the founders of Netflix, Tinder, and Angel List.
For his undergraduate studies, Kareem studied labor markets and Economics at Columbia University, on a full-ride merit scholarship from the King of Saudi Arabia.
