About the founder

Relentless was founded and bootstrapped to 7 figures in yearly revenue by Kareem Abukhadra. Kareem is an immigrant entrepreneur in the US on an O1 Extraordinary Ability Visa - a visa the US government reserves for individuals with exceptional talent (think world-class athletes, Nobel laureates, and Fortune 500 CEOs). Prior to starting Relentless, Kareem studied Economics at Columbia University on a full-ride scholarship from the King of Saudi Arabia, worked in talent strategy at McKinsey, and sourced investment deals for notable investors like Netflix founder Marc Randolph.

Compensation

$1,500/month base salary (guaranteed) + $150 for every deal you close (uncapped) + additional bonuses for top performers.

What people on our team actually earn monthly:

  • 5 deals = $2,250
  • 10 deals = $3,000
  • 15 deals = $3,750
  • 20 deals = $4,500 + additional bonuses

What this role is

This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll work a mix of leads: some you generate yourself, and some come from our marketing team, who invest heavily in booking prospects directly onto your calendar. Expect a range of temperatures too: some leads are warm and ready to talk, others are colder and need more work to build trust and move forward.

Your job is to own the full cycle: show up on the Zoom call, run it, build the relationship, and close. Success here depends on patience and trust-building rather than just pitching, and on having the kind of attitude that solves problems instead of complaining about lead quality on a slow week. You get a proven playbook, onboarding, call shadowing, and ongoing training. We don't throw you in blind, but we do expect you to take ownership.

Hours, location and schedule
  • Fully remote. Open to candidates anywhere in the world.
  • 9AM - 6PM EST (New York City Time)
  • Fluent, native-level English required - you'll be selling to US-based professionals on video calls.

What you'll do
  • Running sales calls using our proven playbook with leads booked for you on your calendar
  • Confirming upcoming calls with a personal touchpoint (email, message, or Loom) so prospects actually show up
  • Following up with leads you've met who haven't closed yet
  • Getting through all emails in your inbox daily
  • Submitting EOD reports (meetings booked, completed, deals closed, hours worked)
  • Attending sales team trainings
  • Submitting invoices every 1st and 15th of the month to get paid
  • Continuously improving - reviewing calls, practicing scripts, flagging issues, helping evaluate new hires, and having lots of fun!

Performance expectations

The minimum performance target is 1 deal per week. After your first 2 weeks, you must average at least 1 deal per week over your most recent 4 weeks. If you don't, we part ways. This rule is shared with you before you start, repeated in onboarding, and applied without exception. It keeps everyone on the team performing at a minimum standard and encourages you to grow and continue to develop new skills.

Progression path

This role has a clear path for growth. Top performing closers who consistently hit their numbers can get promoted to Sales Manager or another revenue leadership position (CRO, CMO, and the like), where you can earn more, lead a team, and help shape how we sell. We've promoted from within several times and will keep on doing so as we grow.
