$1,500/month base salary (guaranteed) + $150 for every deal you close (uncapped) + additional bonuses for top performers.

This is not a cold calling or outbound role. Our marketing team spends a lot of resources generating warm leads and booking them directly onto your calendar. Your job is to show up on a Zoom video call, run the call, and close.
The right person is incredible at building trust.
9AM - 6PM EST (New York City Time)
The minimum performance target is 1 deal per week. After your first 2 weeks, you must average at least 1 deal per week over your most recent 4 weeks. If you don't, we part ways. This rule is shared with you before you start, repeated in onboarding, and applied without exception. It keeps everyone on the team performing at a minimum standard and encourages you to grow and continue to develop new skills.

Relentless was founded by Kareem Abukhadra. Kareem is an immigrant entrepreneur in the US on an O1 Extraordinary Ability Visa who bootstrapped Relentless to a 7-figure annual run rate. Prior to starting Relentless, he studied Economics at Columbia University on a full-ride merit scholarship, worked in talent strategy at McKinsey, and sourced investment deals for Netflix founder Marc Randolph.
This role has a clear path for growth. Top performing closers who consistently hit their numbers can get promoted to Sales Manager or another revenue leadership position (CRO, CMO, and the like), where you can earn more, lead a team, and help shape how we sell. We've promoted from within several times and will keep on doing so as we grow.
We move fast. Our hiring process typically takes 5 to 10 days end to end from application to offer. If we think it'll take longer, we'll let you know.
